Should we build or remodel?

While this decision can sometimes be difficult to answer, we work with you to help determine what will be best in your situation. There are many variables to consider, but L.E. Marcus' expertise will find you a simple and understandable solution.

Build or Remodel?

Working from L.E.M.'s foundational ethics, remodel projects take into consideration convenience and step-by-step involvement. We build around our clients. While the remodel is underway our clients still live and function at home, but this can be difficult. Remodels can be a very stressful time for families. Familiar routines are upset for the duration of the remodel project, but despite this, we have found a perfect solution. L.E.M.'s remodel specialists have defined the two main aspects that will help retain family "sanity" during the project: Daily thorough cleanup, and daily communication with the customer. As a part of the daily routine, our team ends each day with an extensive clean up to keep any debris, tools, or other materials from cluttering our client’s living space. If there isn’t any work being done, then families shouldn’t have to live on a worksite. As well as clean up, we keep clients up to date on all the progress of their project so they have a detailed understanding of the work being completed, and what more must be done. Through daily photo documentation and a constant communication stream between our team and our clients, we are able to make their project, their project.

Our remodel projects also have the possibility of employing our design/build service model. If the project size requires extended involvement the process of both our remodel service and our design/build service flow seamlessly together, maintaining the same involvement and convenience.

Additions

Rather than leaving the neighborhood you know and love, expand your home with our addition services. Our addition projects take the same process as our remodel projects, utilizing the expertise of our team to not only envision a new space, but how that will flow with our clients existing space. We consider how these additions will be used, what they are needed for, and how can the old space be reimagined to fit with a new one.
